The device is intended for testing Relay Box devices. A maximum of 5 devices can be tested at the same time. Quick-change adapters allow testing Relay Box devices from different manufacturers.

It connects to a computer via USB/RS485 interface. It performs the following functions:

  • Measuring Relay Box device consumption – stores maximum energy consumption in a certain time interval
  • Checking relay operation
  • Measuring relay response time to commands
  • Checking relay position upon power supply arrival and loss
  • Checking relay status in case of loss of communication between Relay Box and electricity meter
  • Correct operation of Relay Box communication interfaces (HAN and EM)
  • Managing Relay Box one-way communication

The MTK-RBIP program is used as software support for managing the test station. The program enables:

  • Setting parameters for testing
  • Editing test scenarios (scripts)
  • Sending individual commands
  • Real-time status monitoring
  • Report generation (CSV and PDF)
